George is 7-2 this week and you won’t want to miss tonight’s NBA Picks! Another 100% night with 2-0 last night. As well as the comfortable blowout win for a Brooklyn side only taken on the +1 point spread, the Lakers led by 14 before the Rockets charged second half to win by 12 and cover the -12 spread.
Chicago Bulls vs.Milwaukee Bucks
We like the Bulls. They’ve been on a big charge and covering left right and center lately. Their -8 point cover on Monday helped us avoid a winless night and kept the momentum going well so we could take the record to 7-2 for the week last night.
Tonight former Bulls boss Boylan returns with his new Bucks side and for sure revenge will be on his mind, but I’m confident the Bulls will want that to be avoided. The Bulls will be aware of that motivational factor for the Bucks and given their own form and awareness of that, I’d say that’s an equal motivational factor for a much stronger Bulls side that’s in form right now.
The last time the Bucks played the second game of a back to back night they lost by 15, and they’ve had a small habit of doing that. -6 doesn’t seem a big line for me. Take the Bulls.
Philadelphia 76ers @ Toronto Raptors
After the pure collapse we saw from the 76ers last night this one is short and sweet. It’s hard not to bet against this side that has had an unbelievably tough road trip, followed by a home loss and again already they’re back on the back to back trail. It’s situations like this where you really find out about a team, but given last nights blowout and what we’ve seen from the 76ers recently, I think we already know a trip to a well rested Raptors side that had previously won 8 of 9 at home before their last 2 game drop isn’t a game where the 76ers can get back on form. Again, oppose this Philadelphia side.
Dallas Mavericks @ LA Clippers
Dallas are a different side, and it’s for the worse. Their record is getting worse by the game. A Mavericks win seems a rare thing these days and having lost 9 of the last 10, they’re really up against it as they visit my favorite NBA team – the LA Clippers. This is a side that can hurt you in so many ways, especially it’s non stop points scoring and with the beatings this team has been handing out all season I just have to go with the favorites on what isn’t the biggest of points spread at home. They’ve won 12 straight at home and averaged 105 points per game, with stingy defence at times.
