Here are tonights NBA bets
Golden State Warriors @ Oklahoma City Thunder
The Thunder 7-0 at home this season and I’ve been on all of their ATS wins so far this season. Golden State will sorely miss Andre Iguodala in this game, and it’ll make it less of a contest. OKC are averaging above 103 points and the defence isn’t bad either. Golden State have gone 1-4 ATS in their last five and they’ve shown their squad is not deep enough to deal with any key injury. There aren’t a whole lot of trends behind this decision, but the Warriors are losing on the road and the Thunder have covered 5 of the last 6 spreads, and without Igo this game might just become a clear mismatch.
Dallas Mavericks @ Atlanta Hawks
Next up, we take a visit to Atlanta where a slightly inconsistent Hawks side host the high scoring Dallas Mavericks. On one side of the ball you have Atlanta who have lost their last three, and on the other the Mavs who have lost 5 of 7 when going on the road. It makes for a tight line. We can see that Atlanta are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games on the back of a loss, and also they are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 as a home underdog of between 0.5-4 points. The Hawks are 7-1 ATS playing on a single days rest, whilst the Mavericks are the exact opposite at 1-6 ATS. The form of the Mavs is just not consistent enough and when you add to the equation that Atlanta will partially want some small revenge for the opening day loss in Dallas, I like them on the tight spread.
Washington Wizards @ Indiana Pacers
We landed a very comfortable win on the Unders with this team on Wednesday, and we’re taking that bet again this evening, although they’ll need to keep John Wall quiet. Wall has been on absolute fire in his last 4 games, averaging over 30 points and creating a ton of baskets. That, however, has come largely against poor travellers and weaker defenses. Tonight will be a real test of just how well Wall is playing at the moment when he takes on the no nonsense physical defence of the Pacers. Firstly, the Under is on an 8-0 run in games where the Pacers are playing on 1 day of rest. Also, the Under is 5-0 for Washington in games where they are an underdog, and moreover the Under is 8-2 in any game where the Pacers are favored to win. The Under in general is already 16-38 in Washington’s last 54 road games and finally the Under is 41-19 when the Wizards visit a team with a winning home record. Find me a stat that doesn’t favor the Under in this one basically, including this physical Pacers side against an average sized Washington offence.
San Antonio Spurs @ Orlando Magic
Last but not least, the Spurs had their winning run ended when they visited Oklahoma on Wednesday, and tonight they should get back on track with a vengeance. The Magic may well lack the depth to match up to this team over the course of 48 minutes. Duncan is fading away for the Spurs and most people felt it was inevitable this year would be slightly transitional, but no. They’ve figured out a brand of Basketball that is slower and fits what they have, and they have a lot more experience than the Magic. I expect Tony Parker most of all to show that. The Spurs are scoring 101 per game and keeping teams to an average of just above 90. The Spurs are not just 4-0 ATS against the Magic of late, but they’re 7-1 ATS on the back of their last 8 losses. They’re going to want to bounce back tonight.
