Ajax host PSV in what will likely be a crucial game between two of the few sides likely to mount a serious title charge come the end of the season. Ajax beat PSV 1-0 here last season, but PSV competed very well and deserved at least a point. Both sides have started this season well, scoring 16 goals between them (7 for Ajax, 9 for PSV), however, both sides have conceded in both games so far. This has the makings of a great game.
Despite the prolific way in which PSV have played in their first two games, all they have really done is beaten two sides they were fully expected to beat comfortably. Ajax have already faced tougher tests in Vitesse and AZ. The price for this is in danger of dropping quite a lot, so I'm posting it before I will be posting some other plays for the fixtures this weekend. I expect Ajax to win here. They're at home, are playing a better style of play and seem more organised. Against AZ, they stuttered slightly early doors and gifted a couple of chances to the opposition, but all in all they appear more unified as a team. PSV will be their toughest game so far, but I expect them to top the table with 9 points come Sunday evening
