Both Urecht and Zwolle have had a poor set of results of late, but Zwolle have managed to win their last 2 after being without a win in 9. Utrecht haven't won in fiveand are just three points clear of safety as we approach game week 22.
The two sides have similar attacking records avergaing around 1/5 goals per game, but Utrecht's defense has leaked 13 more goals than today's visitor's.
At home, Utrecht have been pretty good, losing just twice (against PSV and Feyenoord). In fact their home form is stronger than 5th placed Heerenveen. They held Ajax to a 1-1 draw at the weekend and that performance will have no doubt encouraged them coming in to this fixture - one they know they should get three points from.
Zwolle have won their last two, and they play counter-attacking football that utlised their pace going forwards. Their main issue is chance creation - they don't create enough, and if Utrecht can contain them then I think they could struggle. Their 2-1 win at Breda two weeks ago was the first away game this season where they have scored more than once since August, they have scored just 4 in their last 7 away games.
Utrecht are a good side at home and have made light work of sides of a similar quality to Zwolle, beating Heerenveen, NEC, ADO, Breda and AZ Alkmaar by 2 goals or more at home. Today they offer great value for three points.
