Salzburg travel to Baku in Azerbaijan to face Qarabag (Karabakh). The hosts have already played a two-legged tie in Champions League qualification, winning 1-0 and 4-0 against Valetta of Malta. Salzburg come in to this game on the back of two wins from their opening two fixtures in their domestic league.
These two wins were more than emphatic. 6-1 at home to Rapid Vienna, followed by a 5-0 win at Wiener Neudstadt (despite being down to ten for almost an hour of the game).
There is a large gulf in quality between these two sides, when it comes to both the team as a whole, but also with individual star players. The line is -1.50 if you want to back Salzburg, and based on the difference between these two sides, I think that's a great line. The hosts will likely sit back and try to counter, but they aren't good enough to do this successfully in my opinion. If they decide to push for a win in this game, they'll leave themselves exposed - something they can ill afford to do.
